Are your doctors board certified?
Yes. In addition to completing the required educational medical training, all of our doctors are board certified meaning they have passed a rigorous examination that covers all areas of dermatology including dermatology practice for adults and children, dermatologic surgery, and pathology. Our doctors also continue to actively participate in continuing medical education to stay abreast of the latest advances in dermatology.

Is there a Cosmetic Consultation Fee?
All cosmetic consultations are $75. This fee will be deducted from the cost of a cosmetic treatment (such as Botox) performed at the initial appointment, or a cosmetic treatment received within one year of the consultation. If you need to cancel your consultation appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
We also offer CareCredit. CareCredit makes payment easy and allows you to pay for cosmetic procedures over time instead of a lump sum prior to treatment.
I have a changing mole that I am worried about. How do I make sure that it is evaluated in a timely manner?
Please clearly inform the scheduling telephone staff that you have a mole that you are very concerned about. Our staff will do their best to make sure that one of the physicians sees you in a timely manner, if appropriate.
How do I obtain a copy of my medical records?
Click here to print a copy of the medical records release form and then either mail or fax to us after filling out.

How do I obtain a prescription refill?
Please feel free to contact our office during normal business hours if you have questions regarding your condition, medication, or treatment. If appropriate, prescription refill requests will be called into your pharmacy within 24 hours. Because of the visual nature of dermatologic diseases, it is usually not possible to diagnose and treat new problems over the phone. Additionally, changes in your condition may also necessitate you being seen by a physician.
